Coaching Training for Educators

We train teachers on their professional development. We teach coaching, communication, and leadership skills.

HBC for Teachers - this workshop teaches transformational fun Social, Personal, Emotional Learning Skills (SPELS) and aptitudes to teachers that develop their student’s right and left brain growth. With this training, teachers are better equipped to address cultural diversity, children-at-risk, students with learning disabilities, regular students as well as gifted students. This program creates learning at a deep experiential level that is sustainable and results in distinct behavioral changes. Coaching is one of the most important skills for maximizing and sustaining teachers’ performance.

Testimonials

This is a model (Heart-based Coaching) that will support students and teachers start a good school year.

Maria Elena Garcia, 6th Grade Teacher in Pomona, CA

Heart-Based Coaching (HBC) is a powerful program for the teaching/helping profession, as it provides a framework for empowering transformational shifts and inspiring action in those we serve. The training I attended provided an opportunity for me to witness the power of the ALIMA (Asking Powerful Questions, Listening, Intuition, Mindfulness, and Acknowledgement) process, as well as experience it for myself! The facilitators were skillful and experienced, and they created a safe and inviting environment for experiential learning."
