Another Fun Workshop Online for Parents and Youth! I appreciate all our Participants who attended our Heart-Based Coaching Class even though it was 11:00 pm in Spain, 5:00 am in the Philippines, dinner time on the East Coast, and work day for others.
How do you interact with someone that is resonating and experiential? One way to do this is by listening to the person's values. The key is identifying their uniqueness, the experience that makes them alive, and what's truly important in their life
Sometimes, we mix values with the person's morals. Morals are rules by elders or institutions, cumulative standards of right and wrong, or ideas learned from the parents, community, or country.
It is essential to clarify one's values by asking what's the most important to them, what values they honor the most, and how well they honor their values consistently.
A famous Rabbi said, If I am not for myself, who will be for me? If I am only for myself, what am I? If not now, when? This quote sums it all up. When people honor their top three values, life is at its peak, resonating, and well-lived!
With that note, I invite you to join our upcoming fun Coaching workshops.
